Currently, Lewis works for Terracon Consultants as a Project Manager conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). Formerly, as an independent contractor working with Aiken & Associates, Inc., Abode Building Company (ABCO) specialized in building and site inspections, property condition assessments, and reserve analyses. Our clients were national residential insurance companies, condominium and homeowner's associations, property managers, and acquisition real estate brokers. Projects ranged in scope from 25 floor coastal condominiums and 700 unit subdivisions, to single family homes and hotels. Independently, ABCO manages its own residential renovations, placing emphasis on intelligent design and minimizing use of natural resources. Lewis holds a bachelor's degree from the Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida; a Graduate Certification in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Central Florida; and is currently pursuing a Master's in Ecological Engineering at the University of Florida. His experience ranges from working as a project engineer on multi-million dollar construction projects to personally managing and estimating smaller value construction projects of up to one half million dollars.
